- Replacement and return policy

Direct and used shipping section:

The customer has the right to return the product if it becomes clear that there is a defect in it that was not explained to him before purchase

Within 24 hours of receiving the product, the purchase amount will be refunded in full.

If the product is returned and it turns out that there is no actual defect - or it turns out that there is a defect resulting from misuse, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Which amounts to 60 riyals (the return shipping fee from the customer to the store is 30 riyals + the shipping fee from the store to the customer is 30 riyals)

The products are new and are ordered based on the customer’s need..

  • If the order status changes from under review to in progress, the customer will not be able to cancel the order. If he wishes to extend the status under review, please write that in the application notes box before paying, so that the status under review can be extended based on the requests. في حال الشراء من قسم الشحن المباشر هل يتم ابدال المنتج مباشرة في حال وجود عيب او يتم ارجاعة للمصدر كما في باقي الاقسام؟
